I’m a stay-at-home mom to two energetic kids aged 7 and 3, who keep me busy throughout the day and ensure that there’s never a dull moment in the house!
I started blogging years ago, after my oldest was born. I needed to connect with the outside world, when it was impossible to leave the house. I had so much to learn and so much to share- I needed a creative outlet and I needed to feel useful to the world.
Blogging helped me discover a whole new world, while also earning some passive income. I learned a ton of new stuff and made friends with some amazing people, whom I have never even met! I was hooked.
Through my blog, Mummepreneur.com, I helped several moms and homemakers face their homemaking challenges – the major challenge being how to always have a clean and tidy house.
But deep down, I wanted to niche down to another topic that I hold very dear – helping moms create a healthy lifestyle for their families.
My fascination with health and wellness goes back right to my teens when I would cut out and save all the health related articles that I would come across in newspapers or magazines and watch several health based TV shows.
But after starting a family, and knowing the stuff that only an Industrial pharmacist would know, I became more conscious about the need to live a healthy life rather than having to depend on medicines. Of course, medicines have their place. But they are not meant to substitute a healthy lifestyle!!
